Overview

Learn the basic math skills necessary for the manufacturing environment.

Who Should Attend:

Individuals who wish to learn or review basic math skills.

Course Objectives:

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

·Read and write whole numbers, common and decimal fractions, and mixed numbers.

·Add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers

·Add, subtract, multiply and divide common fractions and mixed numbers

·Add, subtract, multiply and divide decimal numbers

·Change decimals to common fractions and vice versa

·Compute with percentage

·Utilize the pocket calculator to reliably perform arithmetic operations.

·Set up and solve word problems involving arithmetic operations
