Who Should Attend: A cross-functional team and other designated individuals Course Objectives: At the end of the session, participants will be able to: ·Identify the elements of MSA and how it applies to their organization. ·Describe the relationship of MSA to quality systems. ·Define measurement system terminology. ·Relate measurement information to process control model ·Describe quality of a measurement data and how it relates to continuous improvement ·Define an acceptable measurement system. ·Determine the relationships of measurement system analysis to quality system management ·Conduct an attribute gage short study. ·Define gage repeatability and reproducibility report used in a variable gage long study ·Recognize graphical analysis techniques used with calculated gage studies ·Identify more advanced techniques such as attribute gage long studies and ANOVA. ·Define the categories of measurement system variation. ·Determine gage repeatability and reproducibility.
