
Overview Participants will learn the tools to effectively plan, facilitate, and evaluate meetings for continuous improvement. Who Should Attend: Leaders or facilitators of cross-functional teams, natural work groups, problem-solving groups, or committees who wish to improve their ability to make meetings more productive, reduce meeting time, improve task accomplishment, and increase results. Course Objectives: At the end of the session, participants will be able to: ·Identify the difference between leader and facilitator responsibilities and identify strategies to address the conflict of serving both roles ·Apply the “plan, do, study, act” cycle to continuously improve meeting effectiveness ·Develop an effective meeting plan ·Use effective processes and tools to accomplish the agenda ·Facilitate brainstorming, cause and effect, decision matrix, and force field analysis tools ·Deal with difficult meeting behaviors
