Overview

Improve the productivity and communication in the work group by gaining a better insight into one's own work style and an appreciation for others' styles.

Who Should Attend:

Managers, supervisors, members of cross-functional teams, natural work groups, problem-solving groups, or committees who wish to improve their working relationships by better understanding the work styles of themselves and others

Course Objectives:

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

·Identify the four basic components of personality type and their importance to group dynamics

·Identify personal preferences, including potential strengths and areas for development as they relate to the work setting

·Recognize the strengths of other preferences and their potential contributions to achieving group or organizational goals

·Apply their knowledge of personal preferences to improve communication, conflict management, problem solving, and managing change
