Develop an engaging voice tone and learn strategies for providing a better phone experience for the customer.

Who Should Attend:

This training session is designed for anyone who uses the telephone to communicate with customers, suppliers, coworkers and others.

Course Objectives:

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

·Recognize the importance of the telephone as a business tool

·Identify ways to project a positive image using the telephone

·Demonstrate effective speaking to project a professional image and effective listening to fulfill the caller’s needs
